We collect account and business identity details, campaign briefs, creative assets, communications and transaction records needed to operate the platform. We also collect basic device and usage information for security and product improvement.
Information is used to create accounts, produce campaign recommendations, coordinate bookings and delivery, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the service.
Campaign information is shared only with the partners and service providers needed to quote, approve, execute, verify or settle the work. We may also disclose information where law or safety requires it.
Briefs and assets may be processed by approved AI service providers to generate requested plans or creatives. Access controls, retention rules and provider terms should be configured before production launch; demo data is synthetic.
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information and manage workspace access. Some transaction and compliance records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
