01

Using the platform

You must provide accurate registration and business information, protect account access and use the platform only for lawful advertising activity. Workspace administrators are responsible for their invited team members.

02

Plans, quotes and bookings

AI plans and marketplace recommendations are decision-support outputs, not guaranteed outcomes. A booking becomes binding only when the final scope, dates, commercial terms and approvals are accepted by the relevant parties.

03

Payments, fees and milestone releases

Subscription, service and transaction fees are shown before purchase. Gateway payment, campaign allocation and partner-release states are recorded separately. Each release follows the agreed evidence, approval and dispute conditions. Taxes and statutory charges may apply.

04

Creative and compliance

Advertisers are responsible for the rights and accuracy of submitted claims and assets. Partners retain channel-specific approval rights. Campaigns may require ARCON or other regulatory clearance before execution.

05

Cancellations and disputes

Cancellation rights depend on the accepted quote, production status and channel terms. Parties must use the campaign record and dispute workflow before escalation. Non-recoverable third-party costs may still be payable.

06

Liability and availability

The platform coordinates independent participants and does not guarantee audience response, sales or uninterrupted availability. Any limitation of liability must be set out in the final production agreement for the applicable entity and jurisdiction.
